Award winning Cordon Bleu chef, Perry Erwin, prepares & delivers lunch to class daily with fresh, delicious, local & seasonal items. Select vegetarian or non vegetarian when enrolling.

SAMPLE MENUS:

Day 1: Chilled tortellini salad w/ fresh roma tomatoes, crisp garden green peppers, tangy red onions, fresh mozzerella topped with chopped olives served on a bed of spring greens with a side of pita bread and two 2 fresh chocolate chip/ walnut cookies for dessert

Day 2: Rustic tuscan bacon sandwich with fresh pesto mayo, sliced roma tomatoes, carmelized sweet onions and fresh arugula served on hand cut whole grain bread with a side salad of spring greens with fresh squeezed lemon basil vinagrette and 2 chocolate/espresso bean brownies for dessert

Day 3: Hearty romano style hand sliced turkey sandwich with fresh pesto mayo, sliced provolone cheese, tangy red onions, red leaf lettuce topped with fresh arugula served on sourdough bread with a side salad of spring greens with fresh squeezed lemon basil vinagrette and 2 pumpkin/ white chocolate chip cookies for dessert
